  1. Lighter car vs High HP all this crap, the 4g63 an 4b11 is almost similar just there add some tech to the 4g63 an new crankshaft and engine block an like thats it, if you ask a mitsubishi person then self there will say that the 4g63 can give more power than the 4b11

  2. I am familiar with the extreme tuners engine you are talking about which is why I know that it is crank not whp. The owner said in a release on evolutionm that the number was calculated using the 19-23% drivetrain loss factor off of the whp and that they don't care about whp or drag times/ trap speeds. Take out that 19-23% and you are under 1200 whp, less than MAP's short block is rated for. That aside you would never want to run that much power on such a small engine with current technology because the lag would be ridiculous.  Also aerodynamics is far too complicated to just say that the x has a larger frontal area and therefor it is less aerodynamic. In fact Mitsubishi claims that the x has lower overall drag and more down force than any prior generation of evo thanks to more advanced computer modeling available when it was being designed. Though you're right it is heavier, the X GSR weighs approx. 250 lbs more than the stock 9, which is a bummer, but hey, it still handles better so you can't really complain.

  3. Doesnt matter. The Evo X is a bigger/heavier car, has greater frontal area, and is less aerodynamic. Just shows you that a 4G63 with less power is more efficient at moving the car.

  4. Dude nobody here drives a Bugatti. Most of the rappers rapping about them don't even have the money or credit to own one. No one gives a shit about the exact power measured at the wheels or crank of a Veyron… So irrelevant to this video

The evo 8 and 9 have the same motor, the 7 bolt 4g63t, and the evo X's 4b11t has already proven to be every bit as tuneable, MAP makes a 4b11t short block that they rate to 1200 whp which is 80 whp more than the most powerful 4g63 powered evo ever was putting down last time I checked (the AMS evo 8)…

  6. The veyron has 989 crank horsepower, or 1001 metric hp. Factor in the drivetrain loss which will be about 20-24% and it has about 760-800 hp at the wheels. A lot? Yes. As much as these cars? No.

  7. Look under technical specifications and tell me that the company is lying on their own website and tell me I am wrong.

  8. actualy, standard Veyron's only have like 960-980 BHP and have never had 1000 BHP (they just rounded it up for coolness I guess? I mean VWG have done it before) only the SS has carried over 1000 in the veryon range.
