LS swaps are so common these days, even in a Miata chases. This guy decided to take a similar route, but powered by FORD! This Miata had a pretty big tire on for such a little car and man did it HOOK! Watching this little thing RIP off the line was the best part! What do you guys think?

Keep in mind was a all cast factory 4v Cleaveland heads on a stroker Windsor block 408 cubic inches not shocked you look back on Bob Glidden running all cast 4v 351's in Pinto's running low 9's in the early 80's very strong engines for there time and considering they was all factory with after market cam and pistons.

its basically a modern shelby cobra if i think about it. the miata has smoother lines and funny enough. carries some of the AC cobras lines too. I wouldnt be surprised at all If japan already had the cobra first.

The na miata and shelby cobra are almost the same size, the shelby is 10” longer. But they are both the same width, wheel base, height. The miata is 200lbs lighter.
