I've had a great time, watching this rebuild – keep up the good work, and good luck with your future projects! Not to nit-pick, but I noticed that you didn't use clamps on the driver's-side lower sill, and in the photos, there's a big gap between the body and the alloy beam. I hope that was just while you shot the episode…

The black stuff is urethane, same stuff they use for the pinch weld. Make sure it gets activated or else it won't stick.
next time you paint put a thin coat of water on the ground. trust me.
probably should have test fitted the roof first. unless you measured it or something off camera
