  1. Coming back to watch old episodes, and there really never was a time where cooper helped. I can see why cleetus let him go

  2. It's similar in a lot of ways to the 4.6. Granted, it's got more valves, cams, stronger parts, and more displacement.

  3. I want to see how a coyote fits in crown Vic, maybe do a coyote in Chief ? Im gonna try to do the swap in 11' cvpc this spring I got to get a spare cvpc before I try, I assume you used gt500 motor mounts or 4.6 motor mounts for your swap in crown Vic? And could you use the factory ecu for tuning being yours is an 11 it should have the Ford control pack?

  4. When fitting the gt 500 in the crown Vic why don't you Dent the fire wall in to make more room for the rockers and the top of the engine

  5. Sir,

    Serious question about cradles…

I have a 63 Fairlane and it has had front suspension issues from day one, call it age plus a little geometry that was poorly considered from the very factory start.

I've also considered the whole Drum to Disk swap, but never quite got there. Powersteering was never a problem, but obviously a newer setup would make this easier to implement.

The question then is, after seeing how nice and easy a new cradle installs the whole front end as a single component, which cradle setup should I pursue? Obviously here you have access to both the Crown Vic and the Mustang, and I see you swapped in the Mustang's cradle while the Crown Vic's original is now removed and likely gone with the old engine. I'd suppose if I could get the front cradle assemble, I'd then go about removing the entire front end of my Fairlane and then swapping in this newer setup, perhaps even drilling new holes or building mounts plates for the bolts to mate one to the other…. I may just have to find myself a Mustang that has had the rear destroyed, if this is so…long time in the future, of course!

  6. A tape measure will tell you if something will fit. It would be good if you could put in an aftermarket fuel pump and a bigger ID fuel line.

  7. QuickVic30 off of CVN had a hole cut out for his Lightning 5.4 in his Corwn Vic. That thing looked dope. Saw it in a car show in Miami about 9 years back.

  8. I love your channel. I have a 73 340 Duster I built to 03 SCCA Super Production Over 5.0L rules, it's full road race ready. At about the 90% mark of the build I decided I wanted it streetable, so I did it. It's currently torn down for a repaint to get rid of the race "PULL ME OVER NOW!" paint. I'm also lowering the compression so I can drive it more than 50 miles from home. lol I'll follow this build.
