33. Check the hydraulic hose to the clutch slave cylinder. Look for any traces of moisture on it. They are notorious for weeping and drawing air into the system

34. On WRX/STI, subaru had a variable signal, I believe square wave, to the pump, controlled by ecu based on load/boost. You may want to run a straight 12V wire to the pump to eliminate that variable.
