Wrap a tarp over and use a kerosene heater
A lot of shops use diesel space heaters. You could get one for your shop, or find a shop that uses one. It’s great for old diesel since it doesn’t need to be high quality. I just drained an old loaders fuel tank for space heaters. I wouldn’t put it in a modern diesel engine if it’s sat a long time and may be contaminated in the transferring processes
