1. Just take your exhaust gasket to your local metal fab joint and get them to laser cut it the same as the gasket just a little wider for the outside bits around the stud holes .

2. PLR makes some sexy head flanges but when i went to order one and get it shipped to Australia it came to about $125 AUD, its not PLR's fault but that is a shit tonne of money to pay for a head flange ( the shipping was the same price as the actual item )

3. Got to find you nuts and bolts to put your cars back together completely.

12. Don't buy the manifolds that go in between them either. Ebay tubular manifolds are straight up garbage.

16. After seeing all ur d16 turbo videos i now want to jingle my single–cam. I have a 97 d16y7 and going to be boosting it soon but anyways i have a skunk2 manifold and s2 throttle body bored to 70 or 80mm cant remember but all the parts came off a d16z6 what hoses i need to extend n sensors i need to make this setup all work cuz it seems like my injector plugs are not reaching the s2 manifold with the aem fuel rail n also i think the y7 plugs on the manifold r different than the z6 cuz i couldnt find which plugs goes to which any tips or help would be nice….pm or email me vtrace0289@gmail.com

17. you can put one side of the elbow into a vise and squeeze it until its oval and matches perfect #ProTip. Also you can buy weld els which are much thicker elbows for manifolds that can reduce the chance of them cracking in the future #2For1ProTip

18. If you know how to fabricate, itself a bad part. "It'll warp" have you tried a heat sink while welding? As long as the ports match and you know how to fab, you can make that work mint.

23. Buy a BMW n/a and boost it. 6 pot or 4 pot. You could pick up an e90/e92 for pretty cheap with a few miles.
