Over the winter, we freshened the little smallblock up. With the decision to run the 2020 NPK Series made, we decided that we were going to need every bit of power we can get to be able to run with the baddest of the bad! We slapped a set of Precision Promod 98mm turbos on and headed to Ball Ground, GA and met with Luis from Fueltech once again to see what this little 482ci small block is capable of!

I've never seen a dyno like that. Not a typical engine dyno that only holds an engine, but not a chassis dyno with rollers either. Is the resistance created with electric motors?

I’m sure it gets asked but I haven’t seen the answer. What’s the advantage of this 482ci small block over the 481x platform that has gained so much popularity? I know you’ve been running Proline for a long time and this was built by them as well. I known that most 481x combos are 520-540ci, are you able to get more RPM and manageable torque with your smaller displacement and just bring in more boost through the back half? What happens on a radial if you decide to run prep races?
