I'm ordering my 2018 ZL1, 1LE in black. But I will have the rear wing replaced with an after market rear spoiler. The rear wing is required only for track use where the added down force is needed on high G turns. On the street or on the highway, the rear wing has no pracitcal use and yes… does give the car a "Hot Wheels" toy kind of look. What I will not like the most however, is the ridiculous look of the touchscreen's outer frame and how it's attached to the dash. It reminds me of Monica Lewinsky with black lipstick and I'm not even a democrat!!! NOTE TO CHEVY: Fix that fucking touchscreen!!! Make the driver's side of the instrument cluster, dash, and center tunnel look more like a fighter plane's cockpit. This isn't a sixties car any more. This is a 21st century highway heat seeking missile fired from every owner's garage and aimed at every other car on the road. If your interiors dept doesn't get that, fire them!

With handling in mind, they did not build the ZL1 1LE for maximum speed because all that big wing and all the front end down force will probably limit it's top speed to 175mph to 180mph. The Z06 with the Z07 package is 11mph slower than a Z06 without the Z07 package the same will be true with the 2018 ZL1 1LE compared to a base ZL1! The idea is to get to your top speed faster than the next guy, it's not who has the higher top speed because aero decides top speed.
