oh boy she threw a rod junk motor ! those new engines rev so high, older engines rev low and have a longer stroke which makes way more power, Torque wins races always has !!
I have a g8 gt that runs low 11's without 700 hp at the wheels… No way in hell that car was 700 hp, maybe 450-500. Never a good idea to put a ton of boost on a stock lower end and heads… recipe for destruction. The manual shifting and hitting the Rev limiters… lots of amateur mistakes. At least her hubby doesn't seem to mind throwing a new motor in it. I guess if you have the cash, it's not a big deal. She was a pretty good sport about it. Nice car.

You could hear it sound worse and worse on successive passes, time got slower also.
You can hear her in manual mode banging off the rev limiter like a rookie… Sure that didn't help any.
