17. I used to have a civic that would sqweek like that when you started it, sounded exactly like that. It turned out to be a loose alternater or loose ac compressor bolt. Just double check all the bolts that hold on your alternator and compressor and everything that that timing belt runs through. Sweet ride man, that diesel is sweeter then my grannies tea! Keep'em cumin clitus!
