  1. Hot damn the smile on my face after watching this video. Unfortunate events but that is how we learn. You guys, gorge especially, are just such a joy to watch. Always so positive

  2. That 6 is an elusive one… And yes you CAN in fact, break a 9 inch. However, the fact that you didn't scatter the third member, or at the very minimum, splinter that pretty driveshaft, is astounding. The way it snatched that member almost right over the bolts means there was MANY bald eagles flying through there! Lil Ripper looking like he ready to make a hit already.

  3. Look at it this way. When or if you ever do make it to the big 6, and you're first, it will be all that much more satisfying. I really believe you guys will pull it off.

  4. "Break, Fix, Repeat" – T-SHIRT PLEASE !!!
Heck, that's how Iterative Engineering works, like they do over at SpaceX.
    George's sign off is perfect.

  5. Thread the bolt from inside the housing out and install them as studs. It is stronger than bolting to the housing and makes it easier to set the third member in place with a gasket

  6. Send that driveshaft back to the manufacturer for a full inspection while your fixing the rear end. It may explode first pass after the rear end get repaired.

  7. what shocks are y'all running in the rear? Also your spring rates? I think you may need to revisit those, a lot of bounce in the rear. Separation, rebound and compression have to work together. The springs may be a tad too much as well causing un-sprung weight transfer.

    Edit:
Don't skimp on the fronts too, maybe have them set up, when your nose comes down in between shifts, the shocks don't compress too much and pull weight off the rear. (Bunny hop)

  8. The knowledge of this young team amazes me! This team will break records eventually I’m sure of it. Such smart players in this game and they will dial it in, no doubt in my mind. McFarland boys YOU WILL SUCCEED.

  9. You gotta love Sam! I thought that shine on the car would have made it slip through the air to at least a 5.50.
Merry Christmas and God bless you guys!

  10. I am so glad that Jackstand moved next to Sam, became friends, and was brought into the Cleeter Crew. I truly believe that retirement kills people who have worked hard their entire lives. I hope he lives a much longer life, stays healthy and busy, and has some of the most amazing experiences and memories with all of you, and us. I'm so thankful that Sam has you guys in his corner. Because he is DEFINITELY in you guys corner. It's hard to imagine a more humble, loyal, genuinely kind hearted man. They do not make them like him anymore, and his is a dying breed. Merry Christmas to all you guys on the team, and all of you in the comments.

  11. Anything worth doing normally comes with a certain degree of adversity. Keep pushing through Cleet and I know you as well as your entire fan base is going to be excited to see that 6 hit the board.

  12. Please take the head muffs off your child. Make him a helmet with sound suppression. His scull has not formed yet and can be altered by the minor pressure. Look up fontanelles in pediatrics. FYI god bless!
