if you've got the firing order out of wack, the spark and the fuel are still provided at the same time, it may be that just the valves and piston will be out of time with respect to them.
i'm surprised all this work is being done on an engine that will not be configured like that of the intended engine.
You may be the first person to swap an LS in to that particular model of Lamborghini. But I know a man that did it 35 years ago to a Lamborghini! Yes a small block Chevrolet swap. St. Petersburg Florida the car still exist to this day.
