Can I ask, I have a donor car, and thought that someone may have 3d printed to shell kit at some point or scanned it so someone like me could 3d print it out in sections?
Cant you put the fuel cell in the trunk? Not below like stock but actually in the trunk area?
7:03 that's looking amazing
Out of curiosity where do you get the body panels for the mustang build? I've been preparing to do a somewhat similar build but getting the panels for the old 60s mustang body style is extremely difficult
Are you going to go and get your Eleanor back, Since Hi Lick Me lost her ass in court 😜
Could you make a single video without 30 seconds of ads every 4 minutes. That be f**king great 👏 can't be bothered to watch the videos with this many unskippable ads
dual tanks behind the seats
Oscar is a wicked good welder/manufacturer type dude!
How about in the trunk area over the trans axle?
at 11:05, that back end view is giving me major Batmobile vibes from The Batman movie.
a 5 gallon tank on each side of the transmission 😉
What's the details on that tubing bender? Been looking for one since I wanna make a prerunner/Baja nissan hardbody
Special request: Put your left hand in your pocket when doing the POV stuff. – Thanks
😎👍
GO Team Classycorn!
The front area under the yellow sticker seems like there would be a lot of empty space. Why not cut an access panel and install the fuel cell there
This is why I love these episodes. I love to see all the fab work that goes into making a dream a reality!
everytime I think of the best wide body for a fastback mustang, I always think of the one that got away. iykyk Eleanot.
The body sits too much forward
Doctor Oscar…you should refer to him in ths name chris!
Fender mirrors might be a good idea if you want useful mirrors.
yeah thats why a a front engine car dosent look anything like a mid engine one just looking at him getting inside and trying to figure out where to place the fuel cell hurt to see a lot
That's really how fast Oscar works
I have come to the conclusion that you guys are quite mad! GENIUS BUT MAD! Wide body is the way to go but what about ditching the fuel cell and putting 2 side tanks in the space behind the passenger compartment and the sides of the engine just looking there seems to be a lot of room. NEVER PUT THE FUEL CELL IN FRONT. Older jags did well with saddle bag fuel tanks and the wide body is the only way to go
Remeber the Lambo twin tanks y'all worked on for the LS Lambo, what about twin side tank setup?
Not a 67 mustang it’s a b for build Monsta….
If you used more stock mustang sheet metal for the trunk floor and maybe the very rear section of frame rails you could but a generic aluminum fuel cell bolted to the floor like a lot of stock carbs turned into race cars so you can have more capacity
did anyone else love the music during the built montages
why not just widen the hood roof and trunk?
Why not make a firewall between the engine and boot, and put a bigger tank in there? Just curious?
I'm sure I'm in the minority, but I think it looks kind of neat without the rear quarters. Almost like a big CRX.
Insane build but I love mustang fastback hardly.. hope the colour more fun than hoonicorn.. ✌🏾😁
check out a behind the seat fuel tank for a 67-72 C-10. Maybe exactly what you need
You can use old 60s f150 fuel sell they are skinny and long
i know thats just the primer but that color on that car looks so sick in my opinion!
Ive had the dream of building a mid engine mustang for years.
Those doors are going to have to open to 90 degrees or further to get into that beast lol
You really need to put a 5.0 or gt500 motor in it.
This car would look so good in a bare metal finish.
I still do not understand why you insist on the fuel cell being installed mid section behind the seats and yet you have all that extra unused space behind the engine in the trunk where you can have it installed and design safety features around it….
As far as wide body, you could look into Maier racing fiberglass fenders. I’ve used them on my 66’ coupe and love the look. They also have a few different styles from minor to extreme competition flare.
Horni-Class? I like that name Chris >w>
