Holy shit….hearing you talk about insomnia and your mind not shutting off….that happens to me….and I also use to take xanex to sleep. I totally know where your coming from. It makes the days hard when you don’t get no rest during the night! I take edibles😁now! And I know a trick that I never thought would work but helps. I have a demanding job and lots to remember. I’m always thinking about work! If you write down on paper what your thinking about…..you can forget about it and relax. Helps me!

Silicone scholastic on the 9” diff gasket, as a mechanic I’ve always done this for years as never chance the bloody things leaking especially on a race car as it’s fit and forget, however the main reason I like watching these clips is because of their honesty and no b/s and the family element behind this new venture 187 customs 👍🏼

Break in procedure very gently slam to the floor.
make sure to put Loctite on the ring gear bolts. quick performance sold me complete 3rd member and all the bolts came loose in the ring gear.
