7. Okay obviously the roads are closed down for the show and they more than likely have help from the police, the racing is real and so is the list plus the test hits but you can tell most of what they say is scripted plus some of the events are scripted because no ones life is that exciting.

25. this was just all on monday nights episode..  a good one

    except in the show they add in all sorts of dumb turbo boost noises and other ridiculous audio stuff . like a BANG when the starter clicks the flashlight..  wtf is that about?..  I wish the show would just show the race AS IS without making a 5 second pass take 40 seconds.   let the actual engine sound be the audio and thats all.   remove fake turbo blow-off valve noises…  ESPECIALLY when it's two nitroused cars racing…c'mon

      yes,  the show is staged …  because of course they have cops shutting down the roads on race nights, with ems, fire dept, etc on hand…    but realize the cars are still haulin seriois ass on unprepped surfaces with no wall/guard-rails . this ain't no cruise night

      fast fast freakin cars     no doubt.  just tv writers and producers try to pump it up too much.  this makes true car nuts upset…. but we still watch the show because its damn good.   who agrees?

26. Been street racing for years and I understand what people are staying about them with the bull about "illegal street racing". They have money to buy out the roads for a while and race which isent illegal but I mean if u got it use it. U get whatever u need done and then get out without hurting anyone which is understandable. But real street racing don't have big ass lights lighting the streets and trailers onside the roads and stuff. I just enjoy watching their fast cars and If they can go to any state and drag real street racers asses cudos to them. It's a great show even if some of it ain't illegal.
