might help to trow some quickcrete intoo the hole before spinning those ancors in , my thinking on that is that it makes the plug it needs to pull out with the ancor a little bigger and heavier you can band steelies or if you have 4 of them cut the inner half of one and the outer of the other then put the inner rims on the one you took the outers off https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ep8PEUBS590 , might be nice to do a video on
