Slipping quite a lot in 1st and sounds like quite a short ratio, maybe if you had it a bit longe ryou could have the same power at a lower rpm for more grip but that means swapping that prelude trans out again, and sort the 2 step out xP

If your hopping badly with the increased secondary takeoff, you should raise the height of your front suspension travel. You have to much down and out force, which can easily be fixed by not riding so low. It's also good to bring the rear up around 17-24% higher than the front to adjust for recoil on hard accelerations.
