new shop envy for sure, i have a little hobby shop where i work on my projects 40×70 and of all the things i own, the most usefull is a 5k forklift it gets used almost every day. so i would be on the lookout for one with knobby tires not a hard tire then you cant go outside with it. wish you guys the best in the new spot.

Brother hit Bill at The Old man's Garage he has a great hook up for car detailing supplies for keeping your vehicle's detailed that dust won't be so hard on all the vehicles to keep them detailed and looking sharp and don't have all the microw scratches that dust will do

Red stain marbalized with gold and silver looks super nice. Take a few hours and seal your decking and shelves so they stay looking good.

Did not realize you were building that big of building. I’ve been working out of a 40 x 60 for quite a few years now and we’re thinking about putting up a 40 x 80 or heading on to my existing one.
Heavy gravel and a 20ft lean too for all the trailers would be perfect
