Could you just put a restrictor plate under the hat to bring the air flow down? easier than fussing with customizing the hat. or just put a regular carb under the hat and just have the hat move for show

Hey brother I've been wondering I live about 3 hours from you and I've been looking for something to put my 4.6 single overhead in so I have a vehicle I can get back and forth to work I know it looks very lame for me to say this over comment but I just wonder I watch all your videos how in the heck do you get these cheap vehicles well how do you find them cuz I can't I'm looking for like a short cab F-150 or a crown Vic or a mustang crappy that I can toss this motor in so maybe I can get back to work but I know you're busy so I doubt you'll probably get a chance to reply back but it just for the life of me I can't figure out how to find them like you do
