When your kids tell you to add turbos – YOU ADD TURBOS! At least thats what this dad did to his beautiful 1961 Buick Skylark. What started as a typical LS swap project, turned into a 200+ mph half-mile car in no time! Now rocking twin 76mm turbos, and Gods motor – a 427ci LSX, this bad boy is taking down twin turbo Vipers, 1000+hp GTR’s, and whatever else you throw at it! It’s easily one of our favorite builds we’ve seen thus far in 2019!

I'm a car guy and respect and like all types of cars. Whether it's domestic or import… I will always be more impressed by the true built car vs the manufactured built then highly tuned w/ add on ones. Wouldve been more impressive if the motor was NA vs turbo.

Back in the old days (1960's) my buddy built a Sweet Looking Sleeper, a 1964 Rambler American with a fully built, supercharged 427 wedge putting down over 750hp at the rear wheels. So Much Fun @ the OId Irwindale Drag strip.
