We’ve seen some unique builds over the years and this truck is definitely toward the top of that list! This thing makes over 3000HP, has three turbos (two above the bed and one on the passenger floorboard), and this rolls coal at 160 pounds of boost unlike anything we’ve ever seen! This truck is absolutely mind blowing. What do you guys think?

This kind of thing is old hat for tractor pullers. The highest boost pressure I have ever heard of was 240 psi, on an International super stocker back in 1991. I asked the owner, and that's what he told me. Four turbos in 3 stages. No intercooler. I calculated later on that the intake manifold temperature would be about 1000F. Just plain silly.
Running 1/8th mile, breaking into the 5's is no big deal for twin-turbo alcohol big block cars. Diesels don't make the same power for the same money and they break more often when they are pushed that hard. It's a waste of time to rev a diesel to 7000 rpm, because they can't burn all the fuel that is injected.

How are they getting a diesel to turn 7000rpm? Is it mixed or injected with something? Isn't that out running the flame front?
