And I see a few good spots to shave another 50 lbs… like the bumpers, dash brackets, swap all the windows out for plexiglass, shave some metal off the motor in a way that won't compromise it's strength but improve cooling, cut the top half of the wheel off, and the horn and the airbag, and clean up the wiring harness.
