Yo Adam. The spoon is great for the PB and the jelly. Use the back side for the PB, tear off the end of a paper towel, wipe the spoon, scoop the jelly. Oh – and get the like 6 inch long drink spoons. Cannot be beaten.
With a facility of that extent, car rental (like 10-15 newer standard cars) can help offset some costs, and bring in relatively stable income. You have the space, you have a great team to maintain/ organize the program. Cars get rented, if they are purchased at reasonable prices, you start to make profit in a few months time. Just an idea!
