  1. We had a Ford Fairmont back in the day….1978. It was such a piece of shit car…lol. Nice to see it become something different here.

  2. Why do you think the TKO was sitting off to the right? Mine is doing the same thing. Only thing I can think is I didn’t index my bell housing and it’s out of spec. T-5 was perfectly centered

  3. Beo do you even drive this thing. After wayching rhis whole series straight through i pretty much need to see that or im opening my nazi cyanide capsule necklace

  4. One great thing about hot rodding is just grinding a bit here and there, buffing and finessing as well. Sometimes its just get to the end goal other times its making it perfect to ones standards.. Very cool build

  5. Hello from Australia Eric. Just found your channel about a week ago and have enjoyed watching your Fairmont series. Good content brother, can't wait to see its first launch. Cheers.

  6. Dear friend,

We’re looking for the repair shop partner who can help our clients to install the 0AM DSG 7 transmission control module.

If it’s ok for us to recommend our customer to contact with you, kindly email me: candy.lai@hjlautoparts for further discussion.

We’ll have the car driver to contact with you for their car fixing.

    Many thanks in advance,

    Candy

  7. I don’t have any particular intention on owning a car like this, or doing a build like this. Probably will never have the time or the skill. But this is still super fun to watch and I do glean and learn little things along the way. Thank you Eric!

  8. Love this. My friend had the idea of doing this to a Fairmont back in the 80's. I turned him onto to this channel and he is like a kid on Christmas. You're helping a highly skilled Ford/Visteon/back to Ford/sold to some Indian company/sold to the Koreans HVAC tech waste valuable company time!

And to the haters looking for help on installing a fart can-youdontgeetdashow!

  9. I will never understand people, who watch videos they don't like and then thumbs them down. For example, there are things that I don't like to watch and I won't even click or search for them at all. Even if it somehow ends up front of me, I just browse away without doing anything.
So logic and reason just can't explain their behavior. Are they like gargoyles who hate the human race?

  10. hello, I wonder if i should buy a snap-on Verus Pro if i get it cheap like 1200$ maybe less.. im a intermediate scope user and diy'er thats wants to evolve.. and i dont own a good scantool or scope just a small basic unit… i want to do all makes and models including vag.. benz.. and bmw… will it be any additional costs and fees using the Verus pro? THANKS ALOT!!!! CHEERZ FROM NORWAY!

  11. Ditto on the oil filter relocation, had one on my truck , removed and installed a 90° mount to the motor, worked great , no leaks, just makes it harder to change the filter , o well , cant wait to see it finished, keep up the great work

  12. that side misalignment ont he trans is a preload for the way engine torques to body. I had the straight six version of the Zephyr back when they were young and running…did the same thing. Also thinking ahead for you… that sway bar mount, you might want to plate that rail and go at it your own way with lamination , perhaps nut welded. Mine ripped out on maine frost heaves.. with the light I-6. This series brings me back to the 80s, when I was a teenager. I ran a 78 zephyr coupe. Glad to see it is in hot rod 🙂

  13. man i believe you moved away from mason. i hate i didnt get to meet up with you and shoot the shit. im always working on a honda project could have had a less than normal episode on the channel. we are doing a crx h22 swap soon. sad to see you leave the area.

  14. Have enjoyed these immensely, I am planning my LS swap and chassis upgrades for this spring. Liked your neat idea with the fuel line as a "grommet".
