I don't work on cars, but I use to work in an industry with customers who owned cars like the Veyron. I guarantee you, that pushy Veyron owner would not have gone easy on that Jiffy Lube had they mistakenly scuffed the wheel in the process of patching his tire. If you are a business owner, avoid rich cheapskates at all cost. They will take down your business if you make a mistake with them. They also tend to prey on small businesses, who lack the funding to fight in court. Some very wealthy people are simply just frugal, but their attitude is much less caustic, and they far more reasonable. I've had a particular rich customer, who too was very frugal. In order to save money and use our services, he had his lawyer fax over a waiver for him to sign so we didn't have to worry about the liability of taking on his business.
Had a customer drop off 2 Bentley wheels to have the tires replaced. They both had curb rash……..🤦🏻♂️
believe it or not people do bring there luxury cars to jiffy lube, the one i work at when i was a lower bay i’ve done porsches, mercedes, bmw, jags, alpha romeos and more
Ha cheaper to get an aftermarket set of rims and tires for the vehicle, then to actually have it serviced at a dealership, lol

I had a Porsche cayman that got a bolt in the rear tire after a couple hundred miles. The dealer refused to patch it and wanted to sell me a new tire for $500. Took it to a local guy, and $30 later I had a patch that lasted for 20k miles. Sure, I couldn't go 150 mph, but I wasn't going to do that anyway…….much.

Shove a tube down the oil fill cap and suck out old oil. Maybe do this 2-3 times after a 3-4 mile run during a schedule oil change to insure fresh oil is completely changed out. Cost $234! Not the $21,000 cost. Oh oil filter can last 3-4 oil changes if you continually pump out oil.

in order to replace a tire on that car it requires a factory rep to fly out with the wheels and tires (4) and rent a track day to test the car after the tire replacement. It doesn't cost $10k rather $150k.
