What screwdriver set is that
Those panels work best when installed on a ferris metal otherwise they suck. It even says on the directions. I checked them out on my matco truck. They suck by themself and when stuck to my tool cart lid they worked so much better
I have 4 of each and they work great. One of the screwdrivers I use as a wrench holder and I found that they can be stacked but not on the wall. I have one for extensions and ratchets.
The screwdriver deal looks awesome and I'll likely buy that. That wrench/plier gizmo though is pretty hokey…. I can see tools falling out of that and it's behind my tool kit….. it's going to make a quick job twice as long.
I've used them for years, primarily the magnetic socket holders. Nothing moves in my roll cart.
Drywall screws hold drywall to the studs. They do not hold things to drywall. end of vid, your opinion does not matter when you don't know what you are doing.

MTS magna caddy for sockets are the way to go. I found the twist locks are a hassle having to find the right spot on the socket where it locks.

You do realise the wall thing is not magnetic the units have magnets on the back of them so just screwing a piece of Steel to your wall would have the same effect I'd imagine it's a lot cheaper too also this means that you could stick those to the side of your tool trolley to save you even more time take the trolley to work instead of walking backwards and forwards

For the socket rails I much prefer the mag rails from VIM tools. I'm not too fond of the way the twist lock ones slide back and forth.
I have a few of those for my tool box and I have noticed that the magnetic retention of the panels is lot better if the panel is on metal.
As I'm thinking about going to school for mechanic…where can i get my start in getting tools for beginners and what tools will be good for beginners?

I think the time spent finding studs would have been worthwhile. knock till you find one then pull 16's and check. if you were hanging a picture or another kick ass Elvis clock I wouldn't be "that guy" but if you're hanging tools in the future save yourself a spackling headache and don't skip the anchor step.
Big waste of time. How much time do you save using that system as opposed to sliding a tool box door open? Maybe 10 nanoseconds? Mechanic time savers are like tools that help you get out a rusted bolt, etc.
It's funny you brought up the fact that buying those organizers might make you wanna buy more tools. Bought their 5 rail socket tray, and sure enough, when the mac guy came by I bought a 3/8 set of deep precision torque sockets to finish filling out the tray. Can't lie, not the worst problem to have haha

Nice review, thanks. I'm definitely interested in the tool holders but for the metal panels, I'm thinking sheet metal, with at least 6 times the area of those two MTS panels, mounted in a wood frame and then fastened to the studs in my garage.
Love the idea of freeing up space in my tool box and hanging it on the walls. I also don't have room for a larger box but I do have quite a bit of usable wall space and the peg board pretty much sucks. Good solution this.
i have some of these really like them i actually have the screwdriver holder in my toolbox and i used it to organize all of my long pliersbeing able to stand them on thier side instead of laying them flat cleared up a ton of space in my drawer and the magnet helps hold them still when opening and closing the drawer, these deff. help when trying to open up more space in your toolbox
