I notice all the dust on the pavement you should consider building of buying a truck that has the higj flow fans on the back to blow the dust off the concrete before you drift or get the carts out
Check out something like a front mower. John Deere makes them, you can get turbine attachments that’ll blow those puddles away. Something I’ve had to do at work a time or two. Possibly cheaper than ripping concrete up
