The air cooled 911 is so similar to, but way more sophisticated than the VW Beetles I grew up restoring.

Is that rear main rubber or ptfe if it’s ptfe it should be dry fit. It could be just the lighting but it looked wet.

As soon as i saw the flames and how it was trying to start. I knew it was Dist. Just the way the fuel and back fire was. Nissan Forklifts taught me that.
