9. I hate to give them more business considering they've turned me away, despite that I've sent plenty of cars his way lol and continue to refer him. But, talk to Up Garage in Tacoma WA. He will set you up exactly for the build youre going for and I think exceed your expectations. I know hes across the country but it may be a avenue worth exploring because his attention to detail and his experience. He is a twins guy, pushes twins on every car that goes his way and has tons of data proving that modern twins are amazing option. Definitely that OEM++++ you're going after which I can totally respect.

21. This is the same setup I plan on doing on my r32 except I wasn't going to do the 4" exhaust and porting the gtx's. I'm interested to see how well it works.
