  1. Here's a sweet and simple breakdown for you about EPA. It's bull. Vehicle emissions so long as they have a cat converter are not harmful at all. Fossil fuel is bio mass hydrocarbon and when burned it primarily produces Co2 and water, along with sunlight and a growth medium like water or soil, these are the cornerstones of all life on earth. The " pollutants " that sometimes go along with motor vehicles are also re uptaken by nature as for them to arrive in the fossil fuels in the first place, they have to have been used and sequestered by the natural process of decomposition.

The exceptions to this are some high temp, high compression or high load scenarios such as " eco cars " or some race cars, is that it bonds NItrogen in a way that can be harmful to humans, however, race cars are doing this primarily on race tracks and race drivers have no complaints. The only place emissions can be an issue is in dense urban areas but if you removed vehicles, you'd still have high concentration of Co2 and Ozone/smog due to human inhabitation, low amounts of vegetation and high voltage electrical appliances and transformers.

The short and curly of EPA and other 'climate' acts is simply an additional revenue stream to keep people employed "fighting climate change" and ultimately erode people's agency to travel by car when they want, how they want as well as erode people's rights to own their own motor vehicle.
