  1. Food for thought,
Why don't you get a something to melt down old hardware (such as nuts and bolts) and use the metal for LZ dog tags key chains other merch and so on? 🤔

  2. Could the back pressure be causing issues with the exhaust valves? Possibly causing premature wear? Try having the car idle and take a sheet of paper to the exhaust tip if it sucks the paper to the tip at any point it’s a burnt valve or valves.
Old school trick but it works.

  3. Get a 0-500 psi pressure transducer and an oscilloscope, do a compression test using that. You can see intake vaccum, compression, and the exhaust stroke with it. I find a lot of engine damage with that alone. Also with the scope it gives you the ability to check ignition and injector waveforms, ckp- cmp signal waveforms for integrity and amplitude, etc. Have you flow checked your injectors yet? Or verified fuel pressure as your boost increases? I wish I had access to checking it out, it's rare that I cant pinpoint a problem. Also try getting a 5/8" hole saw and use it to cut the lugnut threads, the holesaw cuts around the stud and leaves it untouched if you drill it straight. Wont have to replace the studs if you're good and dont have to cook a wheel with a torch… lengthy read but if I can help I will, good luck if it does help
