If its a franchise sueing and not domino's corporate then they don't even own the trademark they are trying to sue you for they just buy permission to use it for a period of time.

Here it is. They threatened you first and you needed to submit the lawsuit first. Then theirs would be a counter suit and harder to win
It is a threat and a police report should have been made. If you feel threatened by any one, you are able to make a report and put it on the record
I'm NOT a legal person but from what I can see if you bought the car outright & can prove it then the car is yours & as long as you do not owe anybody any monies for it then it cannot be taken away from you except, i think, if it is a stolen vehicle sold under false pretenses.
The only thing I believe the pizza company could insist that you do is remove ALL trademarked items & logos.
I could of course be wrong as I'm not American & don't know American law but I assume it's similar to Australian trademark laws.
The onus is on you to prove that you legally own this car outright & comply with trademark laws regarding anything fitted to or displayed upon/within the car.

Yeah Dominoes was wrong. What they did was Scummy. But a YouTube channel with over 1m subscribers needing a go fund me page? Dubious to say the least.
