I worked at the company that build the seats for RRs. (England.) They only employ agency staff on zero hours contracts, the only permanent staff are line managers and so called trainers.
Hardly anyone has a clue what they're doing and no-one cares. I left in disgust after a few months.
No one working in the supply chain is surprised at the failure rate, as long as it looks OK, it passes. The final assembly plant is the same.
This FFRR was an absolute steal. Anyone buying an L405 should be putting away thousands for servicing and repair jobs each year, it's a big, heavy, and incredibly complicated and expensive vehicle. I absolutely love them though.

Clean your injectors in ultrasound I've seen a u tuber do this cheap fix if it works for you and as you already have them nothing to lose?

Just to let you know I used to have a Jaguar XJL with similar TV setup in the back and it is easy enough to connect an Amazon Fire stick or similar, using a cheap converter box from eday. I learnt how to do it from YouTube. Good luck.
