I'd look into blowby/crankcase pressure if your rear main one piece seal actually popped out.
RTV that damn thing in, should have never fell out if it was seated and flush? $hit happens.

I rebuilt an F20C in my old S2000β¦put the rear main seal in backward π«
Try some head gasket sealer you seem to use it in every vehicle πππ but so true.
Always always always Permatex the outer rim of the rear main seal so thereβs at least some between the ribs. If itβs not a ribbed seal you can use a Q-tip tip stem to spread permatex in the cavity also, it helps to keep it extra thin.
