3. I always respected the difference between your box & tools vids compared to other folks showing their vids; is that your tool box and tools are dirty and show heavy use and mileage! The other guys show their setup, but it looks brand new! Like their more "tool collectors" and less of an automotive technician! I've been subscribed to your channel for 10 years now! 11. That bolt thing you said is from a piece of highway equipment looks like a stump grinder tooth.

12. Do you resharpen your drills? If so how(I'm a machinist, at home, I sharpen my drills on a bench grinder or a drill doctor at work I used a precision drill sharpener unless I want special geometry then I use a bench grinder)if not why not(good drills are too expensive to discard when dull)?On the subject of burning drills, in steel, if the chip is darker than light brown your RPM is too high, feeding too slowly shortens drill life(too heavy breaks drills)and Roostin is correct a water-based coolant works better than oil(check out an industrial supply company such as MSC https://www.mscdirect.com/
    ).

23. I can tell by the white Honda cam seal installer you worked for Honda you can't buy special tools unless you are an employee. do you have the gold balancer seal installer? the blue 19mm 80l ftlb torque stick is a dead give away

26. Multi-groove adjustable pliers would most likely be referring to tongue and groove pliers, generically labeled Channellocks. What you were referring to in the video would be adjustable wrenches, also generally referred to as Crescent wrenches.

    (I'm going to copy this comment to Eric's Youtube channel). Great interview, thank you!
    Right now it's 12:30 a.m. and I'm flat-out exhausted because I got up around 6 a.m. and started on my last day, of 4 days,  repairing a stuck driver's side window actuator. It was 90+ degrees and 100+ humidity from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. I'm very proud to say that I got the job done and the window works.
    The encouragement to do this comes from Eric. I own a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 and just bought a 2002 Isuzu Trooper with 270,000 miles on it that has issues. I continually spend all my money on tools and runs to the junk yard and love it. I'm a guy who didn't know what ABS meant. I would pop the hood when the check engine light came on thinking I was supposed to check for squirrels in the fan belt.
    Before I found Donnie, I spray painted the whole truck with bed liner paint – it's a work truck. The Isuzu, for the most part, is still a nice blue that I like and I will be referring to Donnie's Youtube channel often – I'll send pictures when the Isuzu looks showroom new.
