The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person. 15-year-old Kayla Jones was last seen on Thursday, December 28, 2023, at 6:10 p.m., on the 24XX block of North 20th Street.
She is 5′ 5″, 120 lbs., thin build, black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing an olive green coat, white sports bra and jeans. She likes to frequent the area of 21st and Chadwick Streets.
