The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered person Ronald Gay. Ronald was last seen Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at 10:49 AM, 25xx block of S 4th Street.
He is 71 years-of-age, 6’0″, 170 lbs., black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, white t-shirt, and blue sweatpants.
