The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Paris Muhammad. Paris was last seen January 18, 2024, at approximately 11:45 PM on the 36xx block of Wharton Street.
Paris is 15 years old, 5’3, 110 lbs., brown eyes, brown hair and was last seen wearing blue jeans, black New Balance sneaks, black leather jacket and a tan NCM bag.
