The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. A 19-year-old Deborah Onigbogi was last seen on Sunday, February 25, 2023, on the 11XX block of Gilham Street.
She is 5′ 6″, 170 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, dark brown complexion and wears eyeglasses.
