The Philadelphia Police Department needs your help:
On March 13, 2023, at approximately 12:06 pm, several unknown offenders approached two victims who were walking in the area of 6100 Algon Street. The offenders fired multiple shots at the victims. One of the victims was struck throughout the body and died of his injuries. One of the offenders was observed on surveillance video shooting at the victim.
