it’s actually not uncommon for people to accidentally break ribs giving cpr. Especially a baby.
just about every criminal hurts children, even if its indirectly. For instance, if a parent lets thier kids starve because that parent used thier food money to buy drugs from you, you indirectly let that kid starve. ie your actions harmed that child.
