  3. This show makes you realize that our justice system is almost geared to destroy the family unit. From cps all the way up.. its pretty sick if you think about it.. parents fear raising their children as they see fit.. because somebody else has the power to take your children from you if you are not raising them as the courts see fit.. it should be illegal.

  26. Our system with all of its flaws, can’t be better. It is almost as good as it can be. We are humans. We are flawed. The system is ran by us. Innocent people do get convicted. Other than stopping overzealous courts and police, I don’t know what could change

  31. I mean at 14. White. Moore county Nc charged as AN ADULT. For LESS than 200 dollars worth of drugs. Not to mention the door they kicked in on a 14!!!!!! He old was in a presidential suite at holiday inn on us 1 in souther pines Nc. Now tell me this ……….. don’t you have to have an id to rent ANY room????? I had no id ; never saw the front desk. So I at !14! Yes old was charged as adult for first charge ever by the state Bureau of investigation‘s. Because I wouldn’t speak about the people who were family to me. All I knew as family. Period. So on the first charge ever I am charged as an adult at 14 sent to prison and not released until 20 years old. Let me reiterate……I’m a 35 yr old white male. I was born in 1985. January. And in North Carolina there is no expungement option for any juvenile charged as an adult. So 15 years later after release with not so much is a speeding ticket I still have these Felonise that show up every time for a job. It is DISGUSTING.
