She literally told them numerous times that they will get their money back when they present the birth certificate she was adamant she wasn't buying another ticket. SMH

People show up at airports not prepared with proper documentation. No excuses.
On my service dog's second flight, we were in air for an extra hour and she had a big accident on the plane. The flight attendants were so kind and helped me clean everything up. Then they took the time to calm me down while I started to have an episode. I wish there was a way to send thank you notes to them. (Also we've flown 8 more times and 0 accidents)
Hah! That guy flight attendant is awesome! "Sit back, be quiet, my feet hurt & I have bad attitude"…It really does make a difference to have playful attendants..traveling can be a stressful thing at times✈🛩
Does anyone know why we sometimes see the agents walking through the airport with their purses and pocketbooks? Or is the bag they carry around something else? Did they not have a locker that they can put their pocketbooks in? Just curious if anyone knows the answer to this.
