  1. This guy was probably cheating on his wife for decades or more. He works in real estate but is out the door at 7 a.m. and doesn't get back until 11 p.m. and she never thinks anything of it? Could anyone be more naïve? I wonder what his children think of him.

  2. I don't think he did it…think the Steven dude was ripped, (drunk or whatever) and flew down and hit her then copped the deal to frame the Husband.

  3. Why do these Mormon, Jewish or Jesuit type families seem so frequentlly rich and psychopathic? Now I get who the white supremacists are, and they aren't me.

  4. I like his soothing voice and his oratory skill❤️ I miss watching Bill Curtis but thank you YouTube for this opportunity to watch American Justice again🇺🇸How are you anyway Mr. Curtis!

  5. I m sorry, had I been on the jury, I would have hung! No proof of any kind. Nobody explained how this was set up. They car owner and driver never met him. No money trail. Before you lock a guy up, you need more than this in my view. Poor lady! This was a total mess!

  6. I was making breakfast and this randomly came on I think I was watching a Pauly Shore video previously… The messed up thing is I used to work for this Joseph McLaughlin. Like I used to build houses for this guy which means the rumors are true

  7. I've had jury trials before as a defense attorney. I have to say I completely understand why his attorney thought they had the case won and thus nothing to be gained by his client testifying. I think many juries would have hung or even acquitted on this case. The case was in the news, Mogan may have used to the news info to concoct some BS story to gf to make himself look like a badass, it backfires, she calls police, now they're all under investigation, mogan has a witness (the gf) against him, he concocts story so he doesnt have to risk going to prison after a trial, other dude (driver)felt pressure as well cuz Mogan will testify against him to get that probation deal. I mean there were no phone records, bank statements, physical evidence, connected the hubby to this, i have a hard time believing the mistress didnt have any clue. He just got unlucky, maybe jurors were devout didn't like the mistress. My guess is his attorney may have failed him in voir dire/juror selection. It's unusual for a prosecution to attack a state accident reconstructionist. Typically, reconstructionists also use medical reports in their determination. Normally, I don't come to these conclusions on cases that make it on tv. But i have to say, either the evidence is so weak that I wouldn't vote to convict or there were some significant details on guilt that this American Justice tv show left out
