Seriously who would tattoo a 14 year old girls boob & 15 year old in the first place,! Really I find it hard to believe that at48 now you didn't need parental or guardian permission to be tattooed. These guys can get in big trouble tattooing someone so young. Maybe different laws for different countries. But you can't tattoo someone so young where I come from.

Ok gguys, I got my first tat when I was 14. I got a buttery on my left breast thinking if my mom saw it she couldn't say anything because she had a butterfly tat between her boobs. Then a year later I got a black rose with red bloood drops on my right chest. Now I'm 48 amd the look like two bloobs. Can you make ot one sexy tat. O I also have a half done dragonfly on my ankle, this was done twice by someone so high he kept dropping the needle on my carpart because a cat kept freaking him out.
