9:22, my old Sergeant was just like this. I modeled myself after him and Keith. The job is tough, but remembering that they are human as well goes a long way with a lot of these guys. That kind of modeling has also saved my life before too.

Andrew needs to work at a level 4 California prison for a day. Disrespect the NF, eMe, AB or the blacks like that once and literally save gas money by leaving work in the medevac helicopter.

The inmates don’t realize they’re living in the institution’s world no their own world. They surrendered that right when they screwed up in the real world.
Man that Cordova seems like he's got a chip on his shoulder. He's trying too hard & I think one of the inmates is gonna try & whoop his tail. He seems to test them or say thing's when it isn't neccessary. It'll be interesting to see how long he makes it. It's been 2 yrs since this was put out there. Is he still there?? Hopefully grown up a little. I'd hate to see something bad happen to him. He need's to just relax a little & he'll get where he needs to be!🤷🏼♀️

That's the thing though. Gang bangers, rapists, thieves, are not human, they are less than human and should therefore be treated that way. Once you are no longer a high risk criminal you then and only then should you be considered not less than human.
