Because they talk about the importance of posture, confidence etc. Yet they hire boys and girls that look like 12y/o and have zero confidence to supposedly handle murders, rapers, and other violent inmates. 9. I admire her, she is very brave and I love that she wants to prove everyone wrong, she might be small but she is a powerful young woman and I commend her. Smart to, she watched quietly and learned, respects the inmates as humans because of her father being incarcerated, I think she makes an awesome CO and I hope she accomplishes her goal and makes it to the FBI. I love to see other woman prove to everyone that they are just as capable as the next guy.
