  1. You can tell Fabian if he continues in law inforcment he will become bitter and a bad cop, instead of following protocol he used that weed to take advantage of the inmate, which if he would have stayed working he could've been hurt or really hated by the inmates, instead you should follow protocol and earn your respect from the inmates.

  2. It's completely ridiculous to have these 100 lb 4 foot nothing females working in men's prisons, let alone maximum security prisons. It's nonsense to pretend they could restrain any of these inmates or pull out one of their coworkers if needed. Mabye if the state actually paid better wages than 16 an hour, they would not be so desperate to hire that thru hire people completely unqualified for the job.

  3. Plot twist: Fabian actually went through CO school and is hired by the prison gangs to support their internal activities. "PLAYS STUPID AND UNCONFIDENT" HAHAHAHAHA

  4. 13:27

“Can’t write anybody up for it. I’ll just save me a whole lot of trouble, throw it away for now. Just dispose of it myself in the dumpster.”

    > note about policy requiring contraband to be reported

Why can I see this becoming a meme?

And I facepalmed when he flushed the razors.

  5. It’s scary to think if the cameras didn’t catch Fabian throwing away that stuff and blackmailing that inmate he could’ve gotten away with it and he’d keep on making more and more dumb choices

  6. 5:00 Instructor Bell needs to work on his cadences. Maybe watch the first half of Full Metal Jacket. Learn a thing or two from Gunnery Sergeant Hartman.

  7. Still can’t believe that dude who’s father was a legendary CO got arrested for meth possession when they saw him drop a bag of meth outside the jail, either he’s a user or he was sneaking it in for the inmates. Very sus either way

  8. Fabian did well finding contraband, he would've earned much more respect had he documented it….needs to be fired smh I wouldn't trust him
Edit: I just watched the whole thing nevermind
