What up APS!!! Damn today been busy! A lot going on and hoping all ya'll having a good one!! Wanted to address this crazy situation and really curious to know what ya'll think about that 3-10 year sentence Bill received..? Enough time..? Not enough..? Let me know your thoughts on all this.

I personally don't think he's gonna have a lot of inmate contact. Guys that are 81 & have been in prison for 50 years are institutionalized and their considered mentors for the younger guys. BUT new fish at 81 might not be popular. On top of that you know for a fact rapists are not popular. I think he's gonna be housed either in an area where they keep government witnesses or an area where they keep old guys and they'll make sure no one stomps his ass.

Bill is going to age out of prison and end up in a nursing home to serve out the rest of his sentence. I've worked in many different skilled nursing facilities and nearly all of them had some residents that aged out of prison or had a medical event that caused them to require a greater level of care like an amputations from diabetes, stroke, heart attack ect ect.

After hearing and seeimg alot of comments from social media i mean there are some points to this case i mean there wasnt much phsyical evidence besides the number of acousers not to mention why it took it look this long i mean in reality why didn't he want to talk about it was it because he was guilty? Was it because they were after his money we will never what truly transpired not saying no one is guilty n that they are but we really dont know full story no we ever will but true fact is now that bill is so old n that he is locked up 100 percent sure he wont last

If you commit those said "Really Horrible Crimes", then you should be thrown to the wolves regardless of status unless the crime is questionable. I also don't believe someone who commits tax fraud should be thrown into a place with criminals who are serving life for quadruple homicide. Our prison system is on crack, and it needs fixed. Non violent criminals should not be mixed with violent criminals. Plain and simple. Keep in mind not everything is black and white. Sometimes people get thrown in prison for taking out someone breaking into their house trying to kill their families. Self defense in my mind is not a violent crime.

Im sure he is use to a ultra cushy life style, so even a minimum security prison will be hard on him, but if you can't do the time, don't do the crime.
First of all, just because the lying criminal gang known as the "government" claims you did something, and 12 morons too stupid to get out of being on the "jury" say you did something – has no bearing whatsoever on whether that actually happened. That whole circus kangaroo court does not make someone "guilty".
With that said, whether or not Cosby actually did do anything, kidnapping a person and throwing them in a cage – at all, let alone for a decade – is cruel and unusual.
If he really did something, which again is impossible for anyone to truly know, but if he did – he should pay restitution to his victims by giving them all of his hundreds of millions of dollars – and then be lined up against a wall and shot to death.
Prison – aka being kidnapped and thrown in a torture cage for years – is a disgusting and barbaric modern phenomenon.
Restitution and execution – the norm for almost all of human history – is actually both just and moral.
Not enough. Unless he serves the whole thing. Sex offenders deserve too do hard time.

Leslie Van Houten is a perfect example of high profile cases. Technically she did one murder, & most likely only assaulted a corpse, either way one murder & has been in prison for over 50 years. Normally, even a man would have been released, & definitely a woman. So why has so many other murderers been released from California, & most other prisons, but not her? Really tho, murder at the end of the day is murder! But high profile, & mostly the image of the public plays the biggest role. They're gonna hand him alot of time, because the public, potential voters will freak out otherwise.
